About CJC 1295 NO DAC 5MG

CJC-1295 without DAC, also called Modified GRF(1-29), is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) based on the first 29 amino acids of the human hormone, with four substitutions that improve stability over the native sequence.

Research background

It is used to study GHRH-receptor signalling and pulsatile growth-hormone release in cells and animals. The no-DAC form lacks the drug affinity complex that extends half-life in the DAC version, so it is comparatively short-acting. It is not an approved medicine.
